Natalie’s lazy-day Tofu-Avo sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Pita Bread
  • Tofu (peanut flavor - ready made)
  • Avocado
  • Coleslaw salad (anything crunchy)
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Garlic pepper powder seasoning
  • Chilly sauce (optional)
  • Vegemite (optional)

Method

Heat Tofu in pan until it just about crisps. Remove. Roast the pumpkin seeds in the pan to release the flavor. Remove. In the pita bread, mash the avocado then add the rest of the ingredients according to taste.
